The Contract Committee oversees the contracts for contractors that perform work in Fox Run. We currently manage contracts for landscaping, pest control, clubhouse cleaning, pond maintenance, and propane.
When a large project is needed, it is the Contract Committee's responsibility to obtain bids and make sure that all the required documents are received before the work can commence. Once the project is completed, the committee makes sure all the closing paperwork and documents are in order.
