There is a sign-up sheet on our bulletin board giving information. Volunteers are needed in different areas and typically requires 3-4 hours of your time. Your support means the world to our community and is truly appreciated.

NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS

ANNUAL PACKETS – METHODS OF DELIVERY

October 9, 2026

Dear Homeowner,

At a recent Board of Directors meeting (September 21, 2026), the Board officially adopted Resolution No. ADM-2026-01, establishing alternative, cost-effective delivery methods for our community's Annual Meeting Packets.

WHY IS THIS CHANGE BEING MADE? In the past, the Association has relied entirely on the United States Postal Service (USPS) to print and mail physical packets to every resident. Due to escalating USPS postage rates, and unpredictable mail delivery delays, the Board voted to implement faster and more modern delivery options. This administrative change will save the community hundreds of dollars annually in operational expenses.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPTIONS FOR RECEIVING YOUR ANNUAL PACKET?

PHYSICAL PICK-UP: For owners who prefer not to receive their annual packet by mail, packets will be available for in-person pickup at the Fox Run Clubhouse. Dates and times will be announced soon. Please note that only the deeded homeowner may pick up their packet (friends and family are not permitted), and a homeowner signature is required upon pickup.

USPS MAIL (Default Delivery Method): If you do not pick up your annual packet in person by November 4, 2026, the Association will mail it via standard USPS First-Class mail to your Fox Run address. If you prefer to have your packet sent to a secondary or alternate address, please notify the office at 524-343-0176 (available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM). In an effort to minimize postage expenses, we kindly request that you pick up your packet upon receiving notification that the Annual Packets are available. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community financially sound and efficient!
