Our community offers a rare combination of a tranquil country setting with all the conveniences of city living. Fox Run is comprised of 341 double-wide manufactured homes. Our common areas include a clubhouse, two pools - one of which is heated, a marina, a park, shuffleboard courts, a horseshoe pit, scenic ponds, and a long scenic boardwalk along our beautiful canal. Easy access to boating, fishing, shopping, educational and cultural activities, public golf courses, and beaches are added conveniences for enjoyable retirement living.

 

The community clubhouse features a large meeting area with a stage, a well-equipped kitchen, a craft room, a fitness center, a billiard room, a card room, and a very active library.

 

Our community is noted for its high level of volunteerism, having over 45 active committees. We welcome homeowners to volunteer with a group that appeals to their interest and encourage them to become involved.

 

Many of our social activities happen at our clubhouse. A few of these activities include potlucks, dances, entertainers, game nights, arts and crafts classes, line dancing, bingo, Bible study, mahjong, and card games. In addition, we have Ladies Day Out luncheons, golf meets, Thirsty Thursday, Boat Club, and much more.

 

We have a secure, friendly, updated website. Our monthly news bulletins (Fox Tales) can be read online or in print.

 

Our community has enhanced security by installing security cameras in designated locations on our common grounds, which aid law enforcement while respecting the privacy of our homeowners.

 

Fox Run is 15 minutes from Florida Waterman Hospital—a 300-bed facility with 450,000 square feet offering the latest in medical technology. 

 

Homeowner(s) Obligation 

Association Assessment Fees: $60.00/month

The HOA fee covers our maintenance and insurance of the clubhouse and all common grounds within our boundaries. Homeowner(s) are financially responsible for their lawn care and utilities (water & sewage, electricity, cable).

 

Storage Space Rental Fee

$21.40/month (when space is available) 

Behind the clubhouse is a storage area for RV's, boat trailers, etc. 

 

We have a marina with a charming park, picnic grounds, and a resident bathroom. From the marina, there is a canal giving our residents access to Lake Harris, which in turn connects to the Central Florida Chain of Lakes. The marina has spaces for approximately 54 boats. Homes along our canal have access to their own docks.
